Managing Your QR Codes on Linkx.ee

Once you’ve created QR codes on Linkx.ee, you can easily manage them from one place. Whether you want to update a destination link, download a QR file for printing, or track how many people scanned it, the dashboard gives you full control.

Step 1: View Your QR Codes

Start by logging into your Linkx.ee account and opening the QR Codes section.
Here, you will see a list of all QR codes you’ve created.

Step 2: Manage Individual QR Codes

Each QR code listed gives you access to several key actions:

Edit Settings
Click to open the QR code editor. You can update the type of QR code, change the destination (such as a new URL or phone number), and adjust visual details like colours or logo placement.

Download in Different Formats
Download your QR code in formats suitable for print or digital use. Options typically include PNG, JPG, or SVG, depending on your plan.

View Statistics
See how your QR code is performing. Scan analytics can include total scans, device types, locations, and timestamps. This is helpful for tracking the success of a printed flyer, product label, or event promotion.

Delete Code
If a QR code is no longer in use, you can delete it. Keep in mind that this action is permanent. Once deleted, the code will no longer function.

Organising Your QR Codes

If you manage many codes, use clear naming and sort by creation date or scan volume to stay organised. Grouping codes by campaign or purpose also helps streamline management.
