Pinning and Favouriting Items on Your Dashboard

When you're managing dozens of links, QR codes, bio pages, or campaigns, it’s helpful to keep the most important ones within reach. Linkx.ee makes this easy with a pinning feature that lets you mark key items as favourites so you can access them quickly, without having to search or scroll.

Pinned items appear in a dedicated section on your dashboard for faster access and better organization.

1. Pin Features

You can pin items in several areas of your account:

• Pin Important Links
  Keep high-priority links visible—like ongoing campaigns, active promotions, or time-sensitive URLs.

• Save Favourite QR Codes
  Bookmark QR codes you use frequently or that are part of current campaigns.

• Bookmark Key Campaigns
  Pin the campaigns you’re actively tracking, testing, or optimising.

• Mark Essential Bio Pages
  If you manage multiple bio pages, pin the ones that matter most or need regular updates.

To pin an item, look for a small pin or star icon next to the item’s name. Click it once to add it to your pinned section.

2. Quick Access and Management

Once you’ve pinned items, they’ll appear in a “Pinned” or “Favourites” block on your dashboard.

Here’s how you can manage them:

• View Pinned Items
  Open your dashboard and go to the pinned area. Everything you’ve marked will be listed here.

• Reorder Favorites
  Drag and drop items to rearrange them in the order that suits you best.

• Remove Pins
  Click the pin icon again to unpin an item and remove it from the favourites section.

• Update Pinned Items
  You can still edit or manage pinned content like any other item. Changes are reflected instantly.
