Using the Notifications Panel on Linkx.ee
The Notifications Panel helps you stay on top of important updates across your Linkx.ee account. Whether it’s a sudden traffic spike, a new system feature, or a security notice, you’ll see all alerts in one central location—so nothing gets missed.
Notifications can be viewed directly inside the dashboard, and you can also manage how and when you receive them.
1. Types of Notifications
The panel displays different types of alerts to help you take timely action:
Performance Alerts
Get notified about unusual traffic, QR code scan spikes, high-performing links, or failed links.System Updates
Stay informed when new features are added, maintenance is scheduled, or platform changes are deployed.Security Notices
Receive alerts for login attempts, account access from new locations, or 2FA changes.Feature Announcements
Learn about new tools, improvements, and beta features that may be available on your plan.
Notifications are timestamped and sorted by priority so you can see the most urgent messages first.
2. Notification Settings
You can adjust how you receive notifications based on your preferences:
Email Preferences
Choose which types of alerts should also be sent to your registered email.In-App Notifications
Control what appears inside the notification bell in your dashboard.Alert Thresholds
For performance-based alerts, you can set custom thresholds (e.g., notify if clicks go above 1,000/day).Notification Frequency
Decide whether to receive instant alerts, daily summaries, or weekly digests.
These settings are available in your Account Settings under Notifications.
